SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Shipping Duration: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping Costs: For orders over Rs 299, shipping is included in the price. Orders under Rs 299 will incur a shipping charge of Rs 149.

• International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping for international buyers.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

• No Refunds: We do not offer a refund policy.

• Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged item, a replacement can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must provide a video of the unboxing process without cuts, showing the packaging and the box from all sides before unboxing it.

• Damaged Items: If the item is damaged, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
